DONATIONS COORDINATOR

Responsible for overseeing the collection and distribution of donations, maintain records of donations and donor information, manage sales of merchandise or other items, coordinate with vendors and suppliers.  

PROGRAm assistant

Responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of programs and services offered by God's Own Loved Family. This position involves a variety of administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization's programs.and evaluating program outcomes.

community outreach cordinator

Engage with the community and stakeholders to align strategic initiatives with community needs. Organize and manage outreach programs.

IT AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Responsible for providing technical support to volunteers and staff , maintain and troubleshoot computer systems and networks. Maintain and update the organization's website, ensuring security and performance.

This position oversees all aspects of the organization's internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across various platforms.

childcare and kids activities coordinator

Engage with the community and stakeholders to align strategic initiatives with community needs. Organize and manage outreach programs.

ADMINISTRATIVE Support

Responsible for managing the organization's administrative processes, including scheduling meetings, filing documents, and handling office supplies.
